Eden Hazard has confirmed he is set to leave Chelsea this summer.
The Belgium international scored twice as the Blues won the Europa League after a comprehensive victory 4-1 victory over Arsenal in Baku.
Pushed on his future after the final whistle, Hazard told BT Sport: "I think it is a goodbye. You never know in football.
My dream was to play in the Premier League and I did that for 7 years with the biggest clubs in the world so maybe now it is time for a new challenge.
Real Madrid are to step up their bid to sign Hazard and are now prepared to pay Chelsea a higher fee in order to secure his signature.
